Team Harmony

Each bird is easily recognizable even in silhouette form, which is absolutely key. The most unique aspect you bring to each is adding a gemstone to the logo, something I do greatly enjoy as it is like a symbol of its own, but they could have been incorporated better. As is, they almost seem like they were added as an afterthought.

Overall I like your take on each team mascot, and solidly tying the gemstone into the piece will really bring it all together. c:
